Before anything is crafted, our Concierge team reviews your data to confirm it is clear, consistent, and aligned with how you want the shoes to feel.

IAMBIC is built around precision fit, guided by a biomechanics trained Concierge team.

Instead of choosing a size and hoping it works, you complete a smartphone scan and comfort questionnaire, then we validate your measurements before craft begins. Your pair is made to your data and finished with a final quality review in New York City. Every step is designed to deliver long day stability, alignment support, and a fit that feels intentional from the first wear.

What happens after I submit my scan?

You will receive a confirmation, and our biomechanics-trained Concierge team will review your scan and questionnaire.

If everything looks consistent, we clear your consultation and move your pair into production. If we see anything that could affect fit, we will reach out with specific guidance. Once cleared, your shoes are crafted, then return to New York City for a final quality review before shipping to your doorstep.

How do you make sure my scan is accurate?

We check for clarity, alignment, and consistency across your scan data, and we also confirm the scan was captured under the right conditions.

For the most accurate results, take your scan in bright, even lighting so the paper stays fully visible and shadow free. Keep the entire paper in frame, and make sure your toes and heel are not cut off. Our biomechanics-trained Concierge reviews the scan quality and measurement outputs alongside your questionnaire responses.

What do you do with my scan and data?

We use it to design the fit of your pair.

Your scan data and questionnaire inputs inform the shape, internal volume, and key fit decisions that affect stability and pressure distribution. Our biomechanics-trained Concierge team uses it to confirm accuracy before your shoes enter production, and to support you later if you ever want refinements under our Signature Fit Guarantee.
