The Virtual Consultation allows you to share your comfort preferences and scan each foot in detail using your smartphone camera. Set aside just 10–15 minutes for the process. Our advanced AI technology will use your data to optimize 20 adjustment mechanisms, delivering an exceptional fit like never before.
For the best results, we recommend using a smartphone. Simply log in to your Client Portal on your smartphone’s Chrome browser to get started. If you don't have a smartphone, reach out to our Concierge Team for personalized assistance.
Please use U.S. letter paper for the most accurate results.
Yes, you can pause and resume at any time by logging into the Client Portal and selecting "Resume Consultation."
For the smoothest experience, we recommend Chrome or Safari on your smartphone.

If you believe there was an issue with your scans, don’t worry. Log into the Client Portal and select "New Consultation" to redo the process. If needed, our team will review your scans and provide guidance to ensure we get it right.

No problem! Log back into the Client Portal and tap "Resume Consultation" to pick up where you left off.

What Happens After
Next steps post-consultation and how we handle your data.
Once your Virtual Consultation is complete, our team will review your data to craft your custom-fit shoes. You'll receive an email with next steps, and production will begin after approval. We’ll keep you updated on progress via email. For details on data handling, please review our privacy policy.
Your made-to-fit shoes will arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after production begins. Delivery to P.O. boxes may take slightly longer. Updates will be sent by email so you’ll always know your order’s status.
We’ll provide updates throughout the process, including confirmation, shipping notifications with tracking links, and delivery confirmation. To ensure you receive all updates, add concierge@iambic.co to your email address book.
